Seeking Help Getting Airtel Xtreme Black Airfiber

Hi Guys,

I had booked Airtel Black airfiber with IPTV on Thursday & paid priority installation charges of Rs.1000. But as of now I didn't get any call back for installation or anything, In thanks app it's still showing "Engineer Assigned".

Can anyone help me with the request or how to escalate this would be greatly appreciated.

Then take Fiber bro. Airfiber experience is bad at my relatives even after Airtel transitioned to SA network in Chennai

Sorry Bro, I read it wrongly. Its Newly developing area & here airtel fiber is not available. So only opting for airfiber...
