Although my number is inactive. I am seeing this for my number since November.

I think this offer for those who not regular recharge every month.i am using 2 AT sim.one sim I regular recharge and another sim not regular recharge. Regular rc sim offer is showing 199/- ( 1gb per day 24 day.) Another sim which is irregular sim offer is showing 199/- (1.5gb per day 28 day)

But I am recharging all months with 249.but also received this message.
