Our analysis shows that Vi will be able to rollout 5G only in 10 circles in seven states
This is direct statement that Vi is dead with burden of 5G spectrum.as they already choose and executed to skip 6 circle by not bidding for 5g spectrum. and now even not able to make network in more than 10 circle. although i feel those circle would be TN, KL, MH, MUM, GUJ, DEL, UPW, KOL, WEST B, either HAR or AP
Vodafone Idea needs to raise Rs 82,450 crore for a meaningful 5G rollout

and promoter still hesitating to put 7000 crore, and fooling share holder that 5000 crore invested and will put 2000 crore additional.???? in all ONLY PLAN to get rs9000 crore, appox 11% of estimated calculation of 82450 to fund 5G network, and 4g network will remain as it is.

Bite The Bullet, Vaishnaw: Nationalise Vodafone, Or Allow Jio, Airtel To Take Over

allow the existing near-duopoly to consolidate its hold on the market
Vodafone’s promoters do not clearly have enough faith in its long-term viability to inject liberal doses of equity into the firm.
Vodafone is not viable anymore, and more than anyone else, its promoters seem unwilling to bet on it.
What the government can do in order to prevent any abuse of duopoly power is to regulate tariff increases annually.

as IMHO, i feel govt should take control of 2g network, and 2g spectrum from vi and merge with bsnl, it will take care of ite due

let 4g network, subsciber and spectrum goes to jio/bharti/birla group promoted "TELCO" company and keep spectrum dues on its book which that TELCO make best efforts to pay back to govt and compete in metro and A circle. and handover/shutdown/merge in circle B and C-which experience less competition due to lower demand and expensive OPEX and CAPEX.

thirdly take back 5g spectrum and re-aution to any new player with norms and policies favorable to companies with some base tariff , eg, minimum plan of Rs350 +/- 10%, which both jio and airtel can agree upon.- ie. kind of regulated tariff hike just like IUC of 20p/min for few years.

expected death of vi is Oct 2023, and telecom bill may get approved in AUG-2023.
