Me too bro. I feel genuine users feel cheated because of this. People who would have thrown their SIM may now recharge after seeing this offer, whereas we who wanted to be genuine will be at loss. We can call customer care and ask if there's any option.

Jio wants to raise ARPU to Rs 330 from current trends of Rs 160-170. So giving special treatment to choose Rs 303 or above.

They hv also increase cable lying activity here in 4-5 different places. Hopefully coverage will improve after this.

I don't think that's an issue. Their validity can start in July right?

Those who subscribe Rs 149 for them billing will start from 16th April but if someone chooses Rs 303 plan or above then his billing will start from 1st July.
