2 days ago I received this message from a 10 digit mobile number, saying my number is going to blacklist because of not recharging. My Mobile number is deactivated from last 2 months and as I now Jio can close numbers after 3-6 months only. Then who sent me this message.
Message: Dear Jio consumer, you have not recharged your jio number even after repeated calls and messages from XXXXXXXXXX company. Please recharge your jio number before 6 pm tomorrow. Recharge your Jio number with Rs 149 otherwise your Jio number will be blacklisted and forwarded for closure in the next 24 hours without any further notice and your Jio number will not be available to you again, so to avoid further trouble, For this, recharge your Jio number by 6 pm tomorrow.

Wrong. They have monthly plans (thanks to TRAI's order) that are valid for whole calendar month, not 28 days. In validity period also they mention 28 days, 56 days, not 1 or 2 months.

Any normal person will obviously calculate monthly charge as per 12 months because that is their "Annual" plan. Annual by dictionary definition refers to 1 year or 12 months.
