i have taken 8 month data plan which validity is 14 Nov 2021.
but now from last 3 days i am getting sms that your service wll stop after 18 April.
i talk to cc they are saying ignore this msg but i am getting regular alert msg through jio apps and sms.
plz suggest

there are a data plan Rs. 151/- 30GB data for 30 Days. plz let me know if 30gb data consume before validity period
then can i Recharge with Rs. 11/-, 21/- 51/- any plan ?
because after recharge with 151/- plan , these data voucher are not showing.
when i manually select this plan (11/-,21/-,51/-,101/-) at recharge section, and by entering my mobile number then msg shown that this recharge is not available on your number.
plz suggest

You can't recharge with data boosters ₹11, ₹21, ₹51 and ₹101 plan or redeem any data voucher on Work From Home plans.

If you exhausted your data limit. You can buy any other Work For Home plan like ₹151, ₹201 and ₹251. Or you could opted for any base plan which starts from ₹129.

Jio is offering free data but doesn’t showing in my jio app
I have 1.5GB daily plan
From the morning used much data but still app showing 1.5GB unused
Yesterday n today’s statement its more than 3GB ..still 1.5 GB unused

Airtel gives 50 discount on recharges after generating porting code. I got 50 on Rs.379 Recharge, net paid Rs.329.

Last week i port my mother mobile ( for obtain CB) but AT did not give any offer after generating porting code.
today i send port msg from my mobile because recharge validity is going to expire within 5days.
but AT did not give any offer.
