No, glitch. It's fixed 2 GB data. They credit once a while.

I didn't get any of those 2 gb data for a pretty long time.

Recharge ₹199 plan for first two months using main balance. Than buy ₹329 plan using main balance on third month. You can get 96 GB data with no daily data limit for 84 days.

250 + 250 + 410 = 910 (Method 2)

910-727 = ₹183 (50 GB)

Follow exactly what I said and redeem the vouchers asap on ₹329 plan or it will disappear after 90 days after being credited.

Bro method 1 i understand
but method 2 is not clear. What is 250 and 410 . Both are neither top up nor special RC.

No, you can't. You will need a base plan which starts from ₹129.
