No such plans. Minimum recharge is Rs 129.

Okay, so according to Jio care ₹129 can't be activated as activate now option will only come on ₹199 plan as it was recharged first.

We can manually activate any queued plan before expiry of current plan
1st queue plan will auto activated after expiry of current plan
