I asked this because there are only two given reasons for suspension "Damaged Sim" & "Lost Phone". In both the cases the customers would have to get a new sim anyway.
 
Then what is the temporary suspension scheme is for
Example: in tata sky if we take temporary suspension then validity extended for same day equal to suspension period
It doesn't work like the Tata sky way, this is available in all operators and is used if you lost your device or damaged your SIM. All the plans queued will keep on counting even if you have temporarily disabled the number.
 
My two 1 GB data vouchers disappeared. I did multiple recharges post IUC charges. I only redeemed 1 voucher till date. There were three left. Now only one was there which I redeemed.

On my alternate number. All 12 vouchers are present. How can these disappeared on the primary number if these can't be transferred? 🤔

You must redeem before 90 days or it will be expired.
 
Not your plan validity. After you recharge with IUC TT, u must redeem within 90 days from the date of recharge.
I am talking about top up validity not base plan validity.
