West indies pakistan bangladesh afganistan Zimbabwe Ireland in 2nd division

promotion and relegation will be done every 2 years

Wtc final = First division champion vs winner of (2nd division champion and 1st division runner up )

1. From first division, India is weakest team among other teams.
2. Today Pak playing much much better than india. Pak batters know how to play test cricket than t20 cricket, hitting 60 runs off 30 balls
3. ICC won't go this model, as they will try to play india and pak test as much as possible

If they would apply this formula they this will not only good for game but also for fans who are dying to see test match between ind n pak as if this happens ind n pak had to play each other if they qualify fo final stage or if they are in same group as this will be matter of icc trophy
