19 April 2021 (Monday) @ 12:33 PM Made Payment using UPI Method (Scan Method from PhonePe to Google Pay Merchant) Amount Rs. 10000. PhonePe Say Successful and Given UTR but Problem is That Merchant Saying they didn’t receive the amount but the Money is Deducted from my Account.
Help me Regarding this Matter.
 
Did he ever see any notifications on his gpay merchant account at all, as in below screenshots??

Try contacting 1800-200-1842, gpay business customer care. Check if they had received the transaction.

You can also contact your bank for reversal of the transaction.

Check merchant GPay for Business app
If not raise issue in your PhonePe app
Solution would be given in reply of PhonePe.
It takes 3 days to reflect back in account but mostly take 2-3 hrs to come back in account.

P.S : GPay and PayTM merchant is pathetic Amazon Merchant is fine.
 
Phone Banking agent told to Wait for 3 days. After that you can lodge a complaint. On PhonePe also Raised issue they say wait 30 days for resolution.
