Sad News Flipkart introduces return fee

What if the item was damaged? This is ridiculous. Just last week I returned a damaged jacket. For my next order they changed to replacement only. They will change size of the product or give me Myntra credits to buy other things. You won't get refund to bank account.

Due to this hassle, this year I did all my Puja shopping offline.
 
Flipkart and Myntra both are turn off order cancellation button in the app, When the order is shipped, you can't cancel via it's own app. Today Flipkart introduced return fee Rs 50 + Rs 7 package fee + RS 3 for handling charges. This is just change from adding +99 package charges before, is now showing you adding fee via different methods,

They said this for seller to protect their order's priority especially from order cancellations or returns. This is whole a lie, charges customers to get regid from govt gsts notices on these companies

That's why the reason in the last week, business standards said, CCI still investigation's on flipkart, myntra sellers which are top most suggests new discounts on sales season, if you ever read one tweet from one guy, he reveals all seller are quite same but flipkart and myntra shows then with various different names.

Some of items on myntra were delivered to my friends without wrapped in plastic , just tag of brand wrapped in packed, Some of them were 3 years old. Clothing's quality is way too low than it actual shows.
 
Today I recieved a jacket with torned packaging. Thankfully, delivery guy was helpful. Product quality was also just fine. No as good as when I use to frequently order in 2017. I am still wearing those Roadster T Shirts without any issue.

Just one suggestion from my side, never ever order any dress from myntra..my last experience was horrible, after fighting for some many days finally they took the product back... While returning it was asking for some serial number for a dress material which does not make sense, even the courier guy tried the loop tag but it didn't work..after multiple mails and tweets they fixed...also one more bad thing there is literally no option in IVR to speak with customer care agent

There is option to speak to agent just select account related option during call.
 
Stopped ordering from Flipkart and Myntra since 1 year due to their policies.

Handling fee, Platform fee, Return fee, Cancellation fee .... and what else fee?
