During this period you and your brother should have joined driving school which take just one month to drive car.
BTW you don't have driving skills that means you don't have driving licence too? If somehow you have that you are breaking driving law.

2. Join driving school
3. Rent nearby parking space
4. Think about future and if you can renovate your house and make more space for parking.
Many house in Delhi are doing same, turning ground floor into parking space and making house above it.
