Hi everyone,
I’ve been dealing with a “JioFiber router status” error in the diagnostics section of the MyJio app for the past 6 months, and it still hasn’t been resolved.

Due to this, I’m unable to run the other two tests — Wi-Fi coverage and Voice service. I also notice that my internet gets noticeably slower during the evening hours.

On top of that, the JioJoin (JioCall) app doesn’t work properly either. To make a single call, I have to tap multiple times (like 7 times), and each time it says:

“Please connect to JioFiber and registering for initiating call.

This has been really frustrating,

@raj17 bro, I have the exact same issues and Jio people are not ready to replace the ONT because they don't find anything wrong in the connection.

I have also talked about this in another post recently.

Speaking about my JioFiber connection, I have been using the same ONT for since 4+ years and now it has multiple issues. For example, it can not get VOIP configuration from ACS after ONT is reset. I can not manually configure it either because the ONT is totally locked. I can not get it replaced either because there's no visible issue as per the Jio engineer.

Bro, any idea what could be causing this? The issue just popped up out of nowhere, and now the Jio run diagnostics won't even let me test the other two options because of that first error. Did Jio support or any technician ever explain why this happens?

Previously, the Run diagnostics option used to work irrespective of the broken router status option.

Now they have revamped the UI of this area and it stopped showing the details unless the router status is accessible.

You can read this thread for details: Run Diagnostics option on MyJio app for JioFiber

Bro i have also same issue in my jio app it shows to reboot router error and low video quality detected error in stb, even jio cc tells that it is bug in the application
So what about now? Is the issue still going on, or have you found any alternative way to fix it?

Okay, when you say 'details unless the router status is accessible,' do you mean the app can no longer access all the router processes? Like earlier it could access 10 processes, but now it can only access 7 if the router status isn’t available?

It checks the router status first, if it fails to access the status then the rest of the processes can not be checked either with this new UI.

Previously, each prcoess was checked separately so it could display them even when the router status was with orange symbol.

@Bapun @SID08 I also have another connection where i using the same router model there, and I don't get any errors🥲🙄
Yes. The issue is limited to some routers which are not getting properly connected to ACS to get the required configuration.
