Discussion Facing JioFiber Router Status Error for 6+ Months – No Fix Yet

In my case when I got new airfiber connection installed I am getting error of low video quality detected in stb and error of airfiber router status so i raised ticket for same, engineer came and solved router status issue by making new connecter but stb low video quality error was not getting solved so engineer called THD From THD End It was not solving so engineer called area distributor head I talked with him he said he is raising request of stb chnge and change immediately but still same error coming so No Solution Of These Such kind of errors , Sometimes Erros comes and goes
 
Yes. The issue is limited to some routers which are not getting properly connected to ACS to get the required configuration.
So, should I just tell them I’m getting this error, or should I explain it like it’s a serious issue so they take quick action?

Jio customer care doesn't understand anything technical. Neither they have a customer-facing technical team unlike Airtel. So keep it as simple as you can and get an engineer visit scheduled. Once engineer visits, show him the issue from your smartphone.
