I am on 150Mpbs plan from yesterday facing high ping issues, Jio has no idea what to do. Visited technician saying I am getting good speed and telling dont see pings in speed test.
Jio Fiber has Ping issues, but 108 ping on the Fiber connection is really high. AFAIK, nothing can be done, Jio has to acknowledge the issue and fix it, a technician visit won't solve that. If you play online competitive games, you might want to switch to a better alternative.
Btw, I did speed test to check ping, here's the result
It should be automatically fixed. Two months back I also faced for 10 days but after that, it got automatically solved. It does not affect regular browsing or downloading, It just feels a little laggy due to bad routing.
