Jio has introduced Ownership transfer option for JioFiber connections.
I assume this was highly requested by the subscribers as I could find many online queries about it. However, Jio was not providing an option for it so far.

Follow these simple 4 steped process to place an ownership transfer request.
Note: The last step (step 4) is only required when you do not belong to the same region, otherwise it will be skipped.

- Step 1: Verify your existing mobile number to place a request (Provide any Jio or non-Jio number)
- Step 2: Verify a family member as the new owner (Use Proof of Identity and Address)
- Step 3: Share the new owner's photo and submit the request (Click or upload from your gallery)
- Step 4: Verify local reference documents (In case of different region, we require the local reference documents)
