Lionsgate has just announced that the very first movie release on Blu-ray to support DTS:X will be the sci-fi fantasy movie, Ex Machina, which will be available July 14, 2015.
In January, it was reported that DTS announced the upcoming availability of DTS:X, its competitor to Dolby Atmos in the immersive sound category for home theaters. They released more details in April, including a list of hardware manufacturers and even some specific models that would support DTS:X later this year.
