England Tour Of India 2021 | News And Updates

Truly cant understand what's the exact role of some players in the team.
At the end of the day stats/figures looking normal/OK but not in Actual Scenario.

You are absolutely right . He has been choosen as pure Batsman. But that too is not fully utilised by team . He hardly gets 4-5 overs batting. He should be promoted according like stokes and fully use him as batsman

Kohli during post-match interview:
(Why Hardik didn't bowl) We need to manage his body as well going forward. We need to understand where we need his skillsets with the ball alongwith his batting. We used him in the T20Is but it's a bit of workload management as well. We want to ensure we have Hardik Pandya fit and strong, because he's going to be an important part of the squad.

Bowling 4-5 overs isn't a Big thing

I'm sure he'll bowl 4 overs every game for Mumbai Indians

For those wondering about the numbers of this chase, stats whiz Sampath says that a target of this magnitude (300+) has been chased down only five times with 39 balls or more remaining. Here's the list.
India features 4 times in top 7. SL, Ban and Eng (today) once each.

Few experts were jumping into conclusions after debut innings wonders in this England series, Axar, Ishan, SKY, Krunal (debuted long back), Prasidh (also Natarajan from Australia series).
It’s still too early to place any conclusions for either of them.

kuldeep yadav without dhoni as a captain

FYI, Dhoni NEVER captained Kuldeep.
Edit: Except for 1 match in Asia Cup 2018 against AFG in the absence of Rohit.
