dear Kishan,

I am using TruHD+ receiver. Mainly i am focusing HDMI sound from TV to my home theater. Can i do it.

Indeed hdmi can deliver both video and audio together, which means u will get both audio and audio in a single interface. If ur home theatre is capable to receive audio signal from hdmi then u ll get audio in home theater. Now a days there is technology called ARC(Audio Return Channel) is used in modern tv's and home theater in which a single is inferface is enough to either send video audio signal to tv from blureray home theatre or audio signal to home theater from tv, means vice versa. I am getting true 5.1 output from my tv. My tv is connected with HDMI. Even from usb blueray videos i am getting 5.1 since my has both Dolby and DTS decoder inbuild. Hope my points are clear.
