they'll most likely start with adding k-dramas and other dramas to emulate netflix success in India , later slowly they might add anime series (I'm not mentioning of edit of anime show as mostly Disney+ mostly makes kids friendly movies . if they do add them i hope disney +hotstar India even if very late they should definitely dub those series with Indian languages before adding them in Indian app only then they would become more popular with more no. of people in India. dubbing is one of the reason why k dramas and anime series became popular in netflix including some anime series along with their plotline and different storytelling styles , music etc.

They will dub these in English for sure... Other Indian languages I don't think they will do.. The reason for my opinion is they are only dubbing popular Marvel and Star Wars and some Disney titles as of now... However, I do think providing English dubs are more than enough as of now... People anyway are going to be accustomed with it by the the time they will come..

Currently Hotstar is providing English as well as the original audios for the foreign-language originals like That One Word - Feyenoord and Star Wars: Visions. Let's see..

Disney is the biggest overseas brand in Japan and Korea.. They will surely be ensuring to top that with Disney+ as well...

When asked regarding Netflix's $500m investment in K-Dramas, Disney APAC president had replied like we wouldn't get into numbers and all, we will deliver quality content rather than Quantity... Let's see how well they fare with K and J Dramas...

That's amazing!

Will it be all PG-13? That's the only thing that worries me. As most of the K-Dramas are rated either 16+ or 18+. Imagine Squid Game in PG-13.

Only Disney+ USA and Latin America are restricted to PG-13 or TV14.. Rest of the world Disney+ is what Disney+ Hotstar is minus sports...

Would you ever imagine What We Do in the Shadows, The Americans and Homeland etc be on Disney+, no rite? They are all available via Disney+ Internationally... They modeled Disney+ based on Disney+ Hotstar outside the Americas barring Canada..
