According to hotstar this update has the resolution for Jio users to watch PL.PL coverage on hotstar for Jio users had been blocked since weeks due to instructions from PL as they some problems with the digital rights.

Star India's Hotstar has started to roll out support for video streaming in full-HD (1080p), the company confirmed, as it looks to better compete with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix, both of which already offer video streaming in full-HD and also have larger catalogues.

Through a software update, Hotstar this week added support for full-HD (1080p) video streams on its iOS app(for iPhone and iPad). Android users and Web users will have to wait for now as neither of the platforms has 1080p at the time of publishing.

Few Months back, below a video in the comments section some1 had asked why Nat Geo Shows were removed. Hotstar team had replied that the 'licence had expired'. At that time i was also searching for 'Kabaddi: Khel India Ka' (which is a Nat Geo Show) but did not find it.

Now saw this. Looks like all the shows are available now. Will watch 'Kabaddi: Khel India Ka' again.
