Any one can subscribe Airtel xstream play app (20+OTTs except hotstar & Zee5) and Jio tv+ with 12 OTTs are exclusive to Jio fiber plans.

Anyone can subscribe to TataPlay Binge OTT bundles you don't need to have their DTH connection for it.

Yes. Airtel Xstream Play subscription you can take without Airtel Fiber. It will provide you access to 22+ OTT apps within the Xstream Play app.

However, for IPTV box, it's compulsory to purchase Fiber/AirFiber connection.
