I didn't used binge plan in a while
But most probably there will be no separate subscription on hotstar app
U have to use binge app itself to browse hotstar contents

Hotstar is an exception. You get a separate subscription for the registered number which can be accessed via their app. And as far as I know it's a super plan and not premium plan.
