DTH companies like Airtel earns more money/ Rs 200 per subscriber as NCF and other margins from broadcasters, but real content providers are broadcasters, who faces loss/ not even earn Rs 50 from subscriber. So, who loots more?
Like Jio, Airtel too have Airfiber Dongles, But Bharti airtel investment not only in DTH and they Own/Investment On Satellite manufacturing company, which is big thing and they may bring something different.
Now biggest doubt is TRAI own or sold to Reliance/Jio through Mobani ?
After TRAI’s NTO, biggest gainer is Airtel DTH with Rs 200 ARPU, not Jio.
Can they offer unlimited satellite broadband to villagers with affordable plan?
How come broadcasters are running then if they are loosing money ? No one is loosing money. All are earning crores of rupees.
Broadcasters are loosing money with low subscription due to high NCF and reduction in ad revenue due to poor reach.
then why Jio licking TRAI and acting like lovers, that's known fact they're behind most of their TRAI favour things and other competitors complaints rejected.
Unlimited/Affordable plan or quantity doesn't matter like when someone offer scrap phone product, whoever launch they should provide quality service and good speed.
Ad revenue and distribution Reach two different things, Like Broadcasters, Streaming platforms bundled plans/Ads or Airfiber doesn't help for long term against their high cost content acquisition. even someone offers bundled 50 Streaming platforms for Rs 100/- it's turning disaster only, bundled plans provider only making money here.
Who will provide quality calling over VoLTE, who will provide true 5G, who will provide better OTT bundle with Fiber along with basic plan? Finally crying telco wants high ARPU in every business, which they have.
