In case you didn't knew. There is some OS limitation. AEW shows mostly doesn't work on Android TV and Android Mobile app. But works without any issues on web. Even Discovery+ team has acknowledged this issue.

Yes, Prime Video Channels allow downloading

Yes, download is available on mobile. Continue watching is available too. Its like watching prime own content but needs additional subscription. Looks like the content is streaming from prime servers itself.

That could be for some other services which itself offers offline downloads. Not Discovery+.
