Sorry bro! I don't know too much about this Internet settings, I'm not a computer techie.
I used T24 (aka Tata Docomo) 2G internet connection.. Galaxy p3100Tab, Opera mini Mobile browser.

He talked abt IP address of ur Device like we have name all the internet usuage device having IP address (name to identify the particular device) pattern Ex: ***.**.***.* .. It classified two types static and dynamic ip address .. Static ip is a legal one .. Dynamic is illegal one .. Proxy ip's dynamic one no permanent ip it have mostly hacker , tech.theif are used for illegal purposes .. So itz illegal to use for this we cant find out a particular proxy ip user device location , device etc .. So @shawl bro asking u ..

yes, opera mini uses their proxy servers so I can give the benefit of doubt there that you  are not hiding your ip. can you use chrome/firefox for once so that shawl can be satisfied?
