He warned you about black money you asked why?
He talked about financial inclusion..you asked why?
He asked you to buy paper gold. He talked about Indian ladies purchasing gold...you asked why?..

this is not about black money only....this is fake money he is after....

Went to market, bought fish at 100/-
gave him 500/- note, he politely accept, and return 400/- (100*4).
That's really good.

He'll get it. Only black money people will be concerned. No person who does right has to fear anything. Also, this will be one off case, no one has so much change that they will keep on taking 500 and giving 100. (Though inconvenience will the there for future good)

Yes I have only 40 rs in my pocket  nothing other than that  will be dependent on my friends  till friday I was too lazy to withdraw money from ATM in the queue
