Telecommunications Engineering Centre (TEC), the technical arm of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), is finalising a new draft report on direct-to-mobile (D2M) broadcasting and the standards to be adopted for the technology.

 
Gamechanger if they provide some dongle to watch DD FreeDish on Smart TVs. Otherwise useless device for a phone.
 
DVB-T2 Dongle is already available since many years now, they will just add Private Channels on it.
