Cyberoam, the security division of Elitecore Technologies, has planned to add 120 more resellers to its existing kitty of 600 before March 2012.
“Over the year, we have carried many incentive schemes for partners. Some quarterly schemes enabled partners to earn almost Rs 50,000 in 3 months. Through our CCNSP and CCNSE training programs, we have trained almost 250 technical people from the partner community. Almost 600 resellers were trained on the products in 2011-12. We organised 55 customer events along with partners to generate leads,” said Hemal Patel, CEO, Elitecore.
Cyberoam is launching new product for its CR range of UTM to tap the growing demand of integrated security appliances, especially in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. “A large number of SMEs/enterprises in these cities have expressed concern over Internet security but lack the means to effectively solve them. These growing markets constituted between 40-45 percent of total Cyberoam revenues last year,” Patel said.
