As rain has stopped semi-final match,

let's have some puzzle based on rain affected match..

Puzzle 4:

In one T20 match, it started raining after 5 overs in second innings, no further play was possible. And match was tied as per D/L method, Super over was also not possible due to bad weather.
Both teams disappointed with result, if match was cancelled after 4.5 overs, both teams would be happy.
(Both teams were not having same points in tournament).
Explain situation...

Team A's batsman is on strike and there was stumping appeal. (Non runs scores on that ball & it was legal ball)
Third umpire signal given by ground umpire.
Now, if third umpire's decision is out, then both teams will be qualified for next round.
if decision is not out, none of teams will qualified.

Remember, Team A was batting.
