Hyderabad batsman Tanmay Agarwal smashed an record breaking 366 off just 181 balls against Arunachal Pradesh during their Plate Group game in the Ranji Trophy.

147 Balls - Tanmay took just 147 balls to complete his triple century making it the fastest triple ton in the history of first-class cricket by balls taken.

183 minutes - Tanmay's triple was also the second quickest by time taken, behind only Denis Compton's triple ton in 181 minutes (261 balls) for MCC against North Eastern Transvaal in 1948.

119 Balls - Tanmay completed his double century in just 119 balls, which is the fastest by an Indian in first-class cricket. It is also the second-fastest in first-class cricket, only behind Shafiqullah who took just 89-ball for Kabul Region against Boost Region in 2018.
