What are the best ways to convert Credit Card money as Bank balance without any charge

Without any charge?? How could you expect that from a credit card. Any transaction via CC attract charges. In general cash withdrawals attract very high interest while online shopping or swiping provide lesser interest charges. If you convert the spending into emi, the interest could be as low as 12-14%. Coming to your query, you can add money to online wallets like Paytm using credit card and then use the money for various purposes including transfer to bank. If you convert the Paytm topup into emi, you will end up paying very less interest compared to other modes.

Only catch is that your e-wallet should be fully KYC verified.

Brother remember we are Indians we will make our way, where there is no way too..

Paytm Wallet (Other wallets too)to Account Charges 4%
Don't you dare if you are Merchant Account bcoz it will block your merchant services partially or completely.
Note : Merchant are charged Zero for Wallet to Bank transfer otherwise you've to pay 4%+GST.

In chennai officially many shops are doing it as door step service. 2 to 3% will be charged and cash will be given while swiping. Percentage depends on amount.

HDFC payzapp verified account charges 2.36% to transfer moneyback to account.
Any card which can pay you more than rate can be used to fund wallet and transfer back amount.
For eg Stanchart Ultimate card etc.
if you are doing for cash then you are pushing yourself to deep troubles, if to achieve any spend based offers then well go ahead.
