Not just alcohol all kind of bad addictions such as smoking,etc. I feel this is good chance to reframe our mind.

Only addiction that will increase in this period will be phone addiction.

Add one more addiction to list which has increased - News addiction to know about current updates in country & around the world .

I stopped it purposefully it only increases panicking. Also I see news channels reporting many unnecessary things which only leads to unnecessary thoughts.Just taking all the required precautions.

Also if anyone getting panicked please read this.
