Yeah bro, you are right many people in my area who didn't know meaning of lockdown.
Also our news channels is explaining in difficult way therefore people is use Google & YouTube to understand this.

It's easy to blame on people who have no idea on what to do. And what to expect. Even government has to announce something about job security, salaries, wages and loans. Most of the government specially central government asking to stay at homes and tali bajao/thali bhajao (clap and bang utensils) to show appreciation to health workers who still lacks supplies and proper protective gears.
