Tell them that you are having fever and hence quarantining yourself.
At this point testing is not going to help much. It's not going to cure. In asymptomatic patients the test might result in false negative, which could make them carelessIt's responsibility of Government to do mass testing otherwise we will be doomed.
Anyone showing symptoms should self isolate. If conditions worsen then go to hospital.
The health care workers are already overwhelmed. More testing will make it worse. Moreover there will be people queuing up at test centers. We also don't have too many testing kits to test many people.
One good thing in doing more tests is that the increased positive cases number, will make people realise the gravity of this crisis and will stay indoors. There are still lots of stupid people who are going out and gathering in large numbers.
