VOIP working on this ONT?

Yes, bro. Airtel VoIP is supported on this ONT.

I know how to configure Airtel VoIP on IPv4 VoIP profile on this router. But since my VoIP profile is on IPv6, I need some guidance/tutorial on how to configure it.

Bro you pinged router itself which will always be lower than 1ms you should have tried any connected device ip i mean if you are pinging on your laptop and one android device connected on 192.1.1.6 then try to ping that 192.168.1.6

Anyways ping to Google dns is 58 which is way too best.

Definitely this router is best and worth purchasing if anyone need full control over their router settings.

I am getting 11 ms for 8.8.8.8 and 5 ms for 1.1.1.1 DNS.

58 ms for 8.8.8.8 is very bad tbh. Dns should ideally be lower than 10 ms. This is all using stock ZTE ONT and Airtel Fiber btw. Ping just matters on distance to nearest server. The only way ONT / Router helps in this case is if they are using too many devices at the same time.
