This is why these brands should always dispatch the smartphones with Official Chargers . Must be overcharged with low quality charger . I'm using both Nothing Phone 1 & CMF Phone 1 never faced heating issue yet . I'm charging with Official Charger although.

yes yesterday its released its Open Beta 1 for all users . Its very Smooth & Good Battery details I'll share after using for some days if you want.

Me currently on latest nos 2.6 stable build getting only 6 to 7 hours sot since October update

I used to get more than 11 hours SOT before October update

October update ruined deep sleep of apps

So eagerly waiting for nos 3.0 stable build

Hope to get it in January 2025.

Battery Backup is good yes its decreased than earlier September month but nearly 9Hrs backup. You can update to Beta 1 it has no bugs you can feel better than stable because nothing always push Beta as Stable only don't wait for A15 Stable you'll get it after February 14th . Because beta 2 will be out on mid January.
