Cannot save pics to jpeg anymore

Hi Guys

I have always saved my pics as Jpegs as it happened naturally, but the last 2 days, it is saving pics as a HEIC file extension.

I am being told that there is an option in gallery/settings/"convert from HEIC" but I cant find that option.

Which mobile? You should turn off high efficiency option in the camera settings to get back jpeg.

The high efficiency option was already turned off actually, but a Samsung techie has solved it, he told me to reset in camera settings and now all are back to Jpeg, thanks anyway
