They have enough money from "Demonetisation","Rafael deal" & "PSB ghotalas"etc. and many more. So you willn't be surprised if they form Govt. in 3 sates by buying the opposition MLAs.

If NDA win then they use money power or EVM hacked but if UPA win it's people's verdict

People need to refresh their memory what happened in parliament when CPM withdraw support from UPA over civil nuclear deal in 2008 in order to survive a confidence vote in parliament, It's money which saved UPA at that time from collapsing

we are not saying if NDA win it's development, it is the UPA Govt's official document submitted in supreme court(dated 2013) which says it. So even congress admit that NDA = Development, NDA in 5 years has done something which congress could not in 30 years :wink:
