Seeking Help BSNL Network Not Working for me in Mumbai

I'm in Mumbai since last 3 days. From today afternoon, my BSNL number stopped working (no network). Reboot the phone 2-3 times without any success. Can anyone please help!

Did you tried selecting network manually
You can also select mtnl

No Idea about BSNL bro, Better contact their Customer care or else try selecting Network Manually.

Only Dolphin is available (in manual), AVoId forbidden!

Both mobile and landline services affected here in TN.. BSNL is experiencing a major cable cut and their services disrupted in many places. Since their employees are on strike it will not be fixed real quick. That was the reply from BSNL technical department.

Just now it's back!
Edit: Only network is back, no IC/OG.
Edit 2: IC message is fine, that's what my requirement.
