After dialing this a list of option is opening like this 

press 1 for balance enquiry
press 2 scratch card refill
press 3 for current tariff
press 4 for view last call
press 5 for stv

etc

If i press 1 it is just showing main account balance and validity nothing else  :u

there is data balance at number 8 or 10 check that... Else try to disconnect data, maybe that will show data remaining..
