In chennai circle, there is frequent stuck is observed. Also most of the channels are not working. Any trick or modem setting available to make the service stable?

Channels works only when the below ping works!

Started continuously working on chennai circle since today morning. Suprised to note that SD channels sounds are converted to Dolby digital Plus. This is on samsung tv. Only few tamil channels works as of now.

I think no one is using the we connect. BSNL itself planning to switch to skypro by end of this month.
