Seeking Help BSNL Landline not working

For the past days BSNL landline is not working at two of our location.
While checking at the router page it says registering.
I guess some configuration changed by BSNL.
If anyone else facing the same issue or any idea about the latest configuration??

Most probably some issue at the backend. Ask your lco to push the configuration via ACS.

Yes asked him already, he was also unaware since no one reported he told. Both connections are different LCO so I guess it is a major change from BSNL itself.

I am experiencing last one week. Earlier it was working. From MTNL to BSNL they migrated recently I guess this is causing.
