Talk to customer care they will renew it. Once it is live you can renew multiple times. I done upto Jan 2026.

You can renew the pack by skypro mobile app

Hi. I renewed mine from the app last month.. but this month no plan is showing in the skypro app..it just says inactive with no packs to choose . I just messaged the skypro customer care. Im waiting for a reply

Just call them they will activate immediately. I did this for my neighbour when his account found to be inactive

It keeps loading and times out since morning. Was working fine yesterday night.

Skypro customer care is worst like bsnl they are not responding properly
