Slowly the service is being rolled out. You may need to configure ONU with specific VLAN id and connect your TV through LAN.

Operators also to enable the service from their OLT's

Price mentioned are as per TRAI
ULKA have charged NCF along with pay channel prices, BSNL Fiber users reluctant to pay NCF for iptv alongwith fiber monthly rent, so BSNL should be absorbed NCF in fiber monthly rent, then fiber users can subscribe pay channels on a la carte basis or broadcaster's packs.
Last year BSNL launched IPTV in collaboration with ULKA, this year it's with WECONNECT. Let's see whether this will be expanded to everyone or gets diluted as like ULKA. After all these are handled by local cable operators. They won't support BSNL as the profit sharing may be less. Local cable operators will keep supporting the MSO's like TCCL , VK Digital, GTPL etc.
Already WECONNECT is giving triple play services in some parts of Chennai.
I wish for BSNL sustainability.
So, BSNL is partnering different live TV provider to give it's App based services?

As per the attached BSNL policy i guess the IFTV shall be free to it's customers.
