Do we have to contact them to activate it ? Right now this plan is not showing in my skypro mobile app

Hey my app also shows this pack but on tv it shows "connect to skypro network" something like that ... Are the channels working for you... Im in tamilnadu circle only .. what did you do to make the channels work ? Customer care shared the same automated "Sorry Sir/Madam,SKYPRO IPTV Service is not live in your Area,Please wait for it." message

Registration not yet opened for Chennai circle. Registration now only for remaining tamilnadu circle and cdn activated yesterday night.

CDN means data will be deducted from FUP for Skypro iptv in BSNL fiber like airtel iptv?
