Sad News BSNL FTTH is now full of issues in Kerala

I'm not sure if it's only for me, but BSNL FTTH is now full of issues in Kerala, my place, Ernakulam. Till January 2025, I rarely faced outages/issues. Since then, I've experienced frequent speed drops, disconnection, high TTL, and connection drops. I'm fed up with this. My LCO is helping like anything, but they are also clueless.

It started affecting my work, and I had to go with Kerala Vision connection as a secondary. Mostly, we will have to keep BSNL as primary on a lower tariff plan. Anybody else facing issues with BSNL since January?

I also had no issues since 2021-2024, however this year i faced many issues like the ones you have mentioned. So i switched to Airtel Fiber.
