Is BSNL Still giving Pre FUP speed after the FUP is exhausted?

I am currently on 1199/- plan, if BSNL is still giving unrestricted speed then I am paying double of what i should and i am planning to change the plan.

it may vary from users.. But almost all of them are getting.
Am still on Pre-FUP offer for continuous second month. Plan 499 - Flat 8Mbps Speed

Last 6 months I am getting pre FUP speed. ..
