I am also getting 10Mbps in 249RS plan... Router port speed is also changed in router settings.

Also getting a pop us message saying PRE FUP is retained for whole month being a special customer..

Not For My State
In My State Data With FUP Is Still As It Is.
But After FUP Data Get High Speed.

Means I am Using BB-ULD999 Plan.
I Was Getting 4mbps Till 50GB Than 1mbps,
But Now I Am Getting 2mbps After FUP.
No Changes In Before FUP.

My line rate is 10239 KBPS. Very Happy as there is no FUP for this month as I just got message by BSNL about the Happy Browsing.
